Prof. Jospeter M. Mbuba from Purdue University has been instrumental in the growth of Criminology and Security Studies at Chuka University. In 2017, he established the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs with support from the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship, followed by the Ph.D. program in 2019, funded by CODESRIA.
Further enriching the university’s academic resources, he has donated over 60 book titles, including Criminal Investigation and Criminal Justice, strengthening research and scholarship in the field.
